From the minute we met Dan Freed we felt instantly at ease. We were in Florida for vacation, and ending up flying back to N.J. with an agreement of sale. Dan helped make the long distance process of buying a home much easier. He always answered our (many) questions, promptly returned our phone calls, and went the extra mile. We had a wonderful experience with Stacy, she is a real go-getter and gives 100%. We appreciated her level of availability to us. Her marketing materials were beautiful and showcased the best that our house had to offer. She exhibits great professionalism and empathy. All I can say is I had the best Realtor in the sale of my home. Joanna Benante went above and beyond in every way... everything that could have gone wrong seemed to, but she was right there by my side the entire time helping to get things done and permits closed and setting up repairs for water leaks and mold remediation. The Buyer had some snags too and yet again, she was there every step of the way! I cannot thank Joanna enough... and would recommend her to anyone and everyone in need of a dedicated, hard working Realtor.
