We met Marybeth last spring and outlined what we were looking for in a Florida home. Marybeth listened carefully to what our criteria were for a home. We were leaving the next day to go back to our home in Northern Michigan. When we got home, there were several listings on our E-mail from Marybeth all of which contained the things we were looking for. We came back two weeks later and looked at the listings and found one that we really liked that fit everything we were looking for and decided to buy it. Marybeth was very helpful not only in finding a home for us, but has helped us after the sale with suggestions on various services and contractors that we needed. I knew what I wanted, so I sent fifty homes for Jamie to check out. When I came to town with only a day to search twenty five homes, she listened to all my needs and managed to consolidate my huge list down to a dozen, which were all great. Jamie was awesome; she handled every question and email I threw her way. We were out of state but I knew we were in great hands with her watching over things. She helped us find this great place to live and the home of our dreams, it was a wonderful experience.

Neddy did an outstanding job! She worked with me, kept the lines of communication open with me and kept me informed throughout the entire process from the first listings to view through the house hunting tours through making the offer and countering and through the entire closing process. Her recommendations and feedback were valuable. And she was loads of fun to work with which helped keep the stress of buying a new home to a minimum. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to move to the Bradenton area, even my family and closest friends.

I just want to say my Michael Saunders & Company agent, Jamie Van Vliet, exceeded my expectations. She worked diligently with the finance company, paid attention to home inspection details, encouraged me through the process of closing from out-of-state and connected me with “things to do” in the city. I would highly recommend Jamie as an honest, detail oriented agent who listens to her client’s needs and stays within their budget. We met Neddy when we were vacationing down here a few years ago. We had friends who retired here and had Neddy as their realtor and hooked us up with her. We found her to be very friendly and knowledgeable and we told her what we were looking for and she went to work and found several places for us to look at. She showed us one in Bradenton that was exactly what we were looking for. We fell in love with it at first glance. Since we were still living in PA, we had to take care of all the paperwork via mail, and Neddy handled it all without a hitch. We would recommend Neddy to anyone who is interested in buying or selling, because we know she will do an excellent job.

I love Michael Saunders & Co. I love Janice Perry - my rep. I’ll tell you why I love both. They along with Janice listed my condo in May and it sold the same June. I live 1500 miles away from my condo in Florida. Whenever I would call and need anything, they would all treat me just wonderful. Thanks to both the company and Janice, she was the best.
