This was the fourth real estate transaction that Bob Moffatt helped us with. A month or two ago I provided him with a list of 15 items which we would like to see in the property we hoped to buy in Florida. Bob and his team are to be commended. Of the 15 items he managed to find property that had them all. We completed the purchase of our property more expeditiously expected, it all went very smoothly. Bob and his team are to be commended.

I am writing to let you know what magnificent service Jaime provided during the sale of my condo. I was extremely fortunate to have him as my agent. He not only performed beyond the call of duty as a real estate agent but he was a kind person who provided very personal help to me when I was physically unable. I cannot overly praise what he did. We loved everything about David Sheptak from appearance, very professional, to his demeanor and conversational skills. He was light, funny and professional. My wife and I purchased a villa, our realtor was Laura Kovac. I sold that villa and the realtor was Laura Kovac. At the time we purchased we did not know that she lived just a few blocks away. Over the period of years Laura, her husband and I have worked very closely with the operation of Villa Section 4. I will miss her very much. As a realtor she handled everything very professionally and knew her project very well. She is a great asset to your company. The commissions she is paid are well deserved and earned.

Neddy takes the time to understand your needs, wants, and requirements while keeping budget in mind. Neddy helped us sort thru a myriad of potential properties to focus in on the best opportunity. We purchased three years ago and have no regrets. We bought the right place. We have referred Neddy to our friends and she has delivered for them as well. They now own in Florida. Very professional, hard-working realtor. Provided numerous suggestions that helped to sell a property in a condo area where other properties were being marketed and had not sold. Neddy took the property and, literally ran with it! She gave us sources for painting, cleaning and many other helpful hints. She gave instant feedback after showings and was by our side through the entire sale process. I can only offer the highest recommendation for Neddy, not only as a realtor but also as a person!
