Walked in to the Michael Saunders office while on vacation and made a lifelong friend, Debbie Vogler. Debbie worked with us for 2 1/2 years while we waited for our home in Washington State to sell. After our move to Florida, Debbie and Jody Shinn did an amazing job helping us with our new home search. If you are reading this then "STOP" your search for an agent that will make you their number one priority because you have found the right team. David and Theresa were referred to us by another great agent but considering we have lived in over 15 homes and several countries I was still a little nervous because of past experiences. David's attention to detail and follow up is just the start of what you will find when you work with him. Fantastic listener, flexible, timely and wait until the sale is over - it gets even better. I’m currently working out of state so the closing was somewhat a challenge until David and Theresa offered assistance. Then after the close there were things that I wanted to change at the house and so I was in need of contactors that could be trusted for a quality job in my absence - David and Theresa to the rescue!!! It’s been 2 months since the close, David and Theresa still stay in touch to offer assistance with the house or just fun interesting things that are going on in the community of Sarasota that they feel might be of interest to me and the family. Again - a home purchase is exciting and stressful but with David and Theresa it was just plain exciting and the stress never happened - they wouldn’t let it happen. Dave provided the best home sales experience possible. His knowledge, professionalism, and customer service are all extraordinary. He went out of his way to make the process as quick, easy, and effective as possible. the results speak for themselves -- we ended up selling our property at the price we wanted, while not dragging it out. I would highly recommend Dave if you are planning on a real estate transaction. I would leave Dave more stars but the scale only goes to 5!

We recently purchased a home in Parrish, and David and Theresa Meyers were the listing agents. While they were not directly representing us, we found them to be incredibly responsive, making the entire transaction a pleasure. It was the service after the sale, however, where they really distinguished themselves. David has been a wonderful resource for everything from lawn maintenance to the best breakfast in town. We are part-time residents, and away from our Florida home for months at a time. David and Theresa check our home weekly, sending status reports and photos. They have taken deliveries for us, opened the house for pest control and even repaired our pool enclosure after a storm! They have treated us like friends and significantly reduced the stress of absentee ownership, all with their signature good humor. We are pleased to offer them our highest recommendation.
