I am proud to recommend Magda Whelton as a real estate professional. My wife & I are out of state residents who were seeking a vacation home in Venice. As a business owner I have little time to “shop the market”. Magda was recommended by someone we knew in the area. We contacted her and she was polite and courteous and took the time to ask and answer a number of questions about the type of home we were looking for. She is extremely knowledgeable of the properties and communities in the area. We made a date to visit a few weeks later. Over the next three weeks we traded several emails narrowing down a list of homes we would visit. We spent a half day Sunday & a Monday morning looking at homes; Magda found us the perfect place. We made an offer Monday afternoon (which was initially rejected). Magda spent that evening and the next morning negotiating on our behalf. We signed a contract @ noon and made our 3:30 flight home. Denise & Nicole Mei did an exceptional job throughout the process of selling our mother’s house. We live out of state, so they immediately took over and told us to rest easy; we did and soon knew that we were in good hands. They superbly managed all aspects of the sale; everything was done in a timely and satisfactory manner. We could not have asked for better agents. Recently we purchased a second condo in Whitney Beach. By incredible luck our realtors were Jenine & Bruce Meyer.
