The main reason I’m writing is that I wanted you to know how professional and helpful Lorraine was to us. We couldn’t have asked for more attention and yet she was a real person, too – not at all “professional” in a cold or impersonal fashion. I want you to know what a fabulous realtor Janis Collier is. I explained to her what I was looking for and my reasons. We formulated a plan and when I came to Florida we already had a game plan. After seeing many homes, I spoke to her at length at what my concerns were. She helped us make a great decision. If I had any questions or needed answers, Janis was always there with the answers. I rarely write notes like this but because I feel Janis is terrific, I needed you to know what a gem she is!
