I have only the highest regard and trust in Bernadette Caswell. I found it necessary to sell my house and fortunately Bernadette was always there to guide me through the process. Thanks to her compassion and efforts, the house sold within a very short period of time. I found a new suitable home and my other residence had several offers on it by day two. Our agent Karen Brown was the epitome of professionalism in showing and selling our residence. We had the pleasure of working with her a few years ago when she found the perfect lot for our current home. I didn't want to wait to properly say how much John and I appreciate your help and kindness in our search for a nice place for my dad and our family to call home in Venice. Without your efforts and patience we would not be sitting here in this beautiful condo, enjoying the view of palm trees and the many birds that inhabit the nature preserve that we can easily view from the lanai.

Jim Beck was very helpful and professional. He took the extra step to do whatever we needed. He helped us purchase a lot and then a few years later helped us sell it, then he went to work helping us find our dream home. He was attentive, answered all our questions, kept on top of the listing agent and always answered his phone but if he was busy he got right back to us.
