I recently travelled to Florida to scout out possible vacation homes and I was thankfully directed to Wallace (Wally) Turner. He proved to be knowledgeable, kind, patient and extremely well versed in Venice and the cities around it. He prepared a thorough list of potential properties to show me and gave much needed advice regarding the communities along the way. He was great and is the reason why I will likely purchase a property with your firm and recommend you to all of my friends.

Diana helped us find our new home west of the trail and sold our current one in less than 2 weeks. Both of these things she did within our time frame and budget. She is truly "5 Star" in every way. The level of service she provided us was above and beyond. She has a great understanding of all things real estate but I think her specialty is the ability to communicate effectively her vast knowledge. I would highly recommend Diana to friends and family.

I am presently living in Europe, so one major concern was to work with a realtor who would communicate fully and promptly. I couldn't have been more pleased with Sherri. Her professionalism and attention to details are outstanding. Through the entire transaction process I was updated, so when the final day came there were no surprises or problems. Should another opportunity present itself for a real estate transaction for me or someone I know, Sherri would most definitely be my choice.

Scott Johnston was my realtor and he did an outstanding job, especially with the purchase of my new villa. When the listing disappeared from the MLS, we assumed that it was under contract. Scott went one step further and found that it went off MLS because the 6 month contract had expired. He contacted the seller’s agent and found that they still wanted to sell. We wrote a contract and I am happy to say that I am in my new place. Thanks Scott for taking that extra step.
