We originally started our search many years ago while we were living in Massachusetts. After covid, we decided to move down but rented for a year then moved back home when we found out we were pregnant to be closer to family. Turns out we really missed the weather! We contacted Terri and we started searching again. Terri showed us multiple houses, but when she showed us a particular one, we knew it was the one. With a rough move down here (in an RV, with my in-laws), we are finally home! Terri is always professional, caring, and honest. She took a lot of time to do research in the neighborhood making sure it was safe for a family with a toddler and two dogs. Terri is a fantastic real estate agent and an even more wonderful person!

Linda and Maggie make a great team. With real estate agents it’s hard to find someone who is at the top of their game professionally and who can, at the same time, also be personable ,empathetic, and a great listener as well. Linda does all that and more. And we can’t imagine any other agent being more knowledgeable about the city. And Maggie provides great support to ensure that everything runs smoothly from the initial contract to final closing. Fred is the best! He has been my realtor through the purchase and sale of the first home I owned, and the purchase of my second. Both processes were completely smooth thanks to Fred's responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile, even on short notice. He was able to get quick showings at each house I wanted to see and gave honest advice and feedback about each property. I never felt as though I was being pushed in a particular direction and knew I could trust his expert opinion on which property would work for my growing family. He knows the area well and always has recommendations for anything that might come up. Even after moving in, he has responded right away to any questions I had! Plus, Fred is a genuinely kind and pleasant person who is a joy to be around. I can't imagine using a different realtor, and I would recommend him to anyone.

"He's a keeper!" I loved working with Shane. My favorite parts were he never made me feel like I was bothering him. I reached out all hours of the day many times, and I always felt welcomed. When the going got tough, he got tougher. He didn't let me worry needlessly, and helped me stand up for myself when it was needed. Just a perfect relationship all the way around.
