There is no one better than having Josie as your realtor on Siesta Key. She is knowledgeable about the market and often has inside scoop on private deals. I reside in Illinois and Josie found me an investment property that I couldn't be happier with. She is very patient especially with working with someone outside of the state. She has done facetime calls and videos of the properties.She is a hard worker providing me with multiple inquires that I ask for (rental information). She is the best! Working with Josie is like working with your best friend. I highly recommend her.

Susan goes above and beyond for her clients and I am happy to provide some feedback re my home buying experience. It actually took almost six months and a few offers to finally find the home of my dreams. Susan never became frustrated with the process, she remained engaged and enthusiastic throughout the entire search. She is a great communicator and made herself available long outside of business hours and on the weekends. We were terribly disappointed by MSC Mortgage's handling of our loan. Megan Kendrick and Nija Ross did not communicate and actually dropped the ball regarding the completion of tasks so we were forced to delay closing 24 hours. Buyer and seller were affected and had to hold home goods overnight and find lodging. Thank goodness that Susan was involved in ALL aspects of the home buying process as she quickly addressed the missteps of others and corrected the situation before further delay. I will continue to recommend Susan to any and all home buyers in our area as I truly feel that she's a dedicated, thoughtful, realistic, energetic and hard working realtor. Susan knows the MSC area better than most as she has multiple years of experience, she will be our realtor for any home sale or purchase plans going forward. Thank you-- S Dubose

My long-distance purchase at Whispering Sands was full of emotional highs and lows. However, Elizabeth Van Riper was positive, professional & personally on top of it all. We first met Judy in our search for a home at an open house she was giving. Though we already had a realtor representing us, we were impressed with Judy's professionalism, respectfulness, and kindness. We ended up buying Judy's listing. Approximately 5 years later when we were ready to leave Florida and move on, Judy became the only realtor we would consider using as our listing agent. And we are delighted we did as our house sold at full asking price with a backup offer also at full asking price. Thank you so much Judy for being with us all the way.
