I have been through many buy/sell property transactions, and this was so smooth ansd easy. Fred was outstanding, he went above and beyond to show me many properties, provide comps, helped with inspection, and all around was just great to work with! I don't live in Florida so having extra help (before, during and after close) was really important and appreciated. Highly recommend Fred and Michael Saunders!!

We just spent the month of March 2024. This unit is in a great location with easy access to Siesta Key, downtown and a variety of restaurants. The unit is attractive and the back yard is very peaceful. Ana is very responsive to any needs and a pleasant person to work with.

For our recent purchase of a 1 ½ year old townhouse, we hired Olivia Marciniak as our realtor. We were extremely impressed by her strong sense of urgency, interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and flexibility. She led us through the contract, inspection and closing processes, and offered excellent advice such as opting for Seller to hire the Title Company and pay the title fee – and they did! Olivia provided us with frequent email communications (ie. sharing information from the Seller’s Realtor and sending reminders for the next steps in the process). We found that Olivia worked well with the Seller’s realtor; she was able to quickly obtain answers to our questions. In addition, she scheduled and attended every on-site meeting. She has a strong work ethic and good follow-up skills. When issues of concern were identified by the Home Inspector, Olivia proactively contacted the Builder, conveyed the issues, and scheduled a timely on-site visit with the Builder’s Management Representative – all during our inspection period. She is adept at cutting through the red tape. The meeting resulted in a positive resolution and gave us peace-of-mind to move forward with the purchase. Adam and Lenka where absolutely the best! This team is very knowledgeable of the area and zeroed in on our needs immediately. Meeting with us the same day of our call and working with the listing agent for a walk through asap. We have purchased many properties in the past but never in Florida. Meeting Adam and Lenka was like meeting with a lifelong friend that would do anything for you. The two of them went above and beyond to take care of our requests, always taking calls and setting up anything we requested.
