Over the past several years, I have had the pleasure of working with Stephanie Church to market and sell select REO properties. I have always found her to be knowledgeable about the market, detail oriented, organized and extremely reliable. She understands the challenges of working within the constraints of a banking atmosphere and always works diligently to get a transaction to a smooth close. Kevin and I wanted you both to know how much we appreciated you both. Theresa, you and David explained everything to us each step of the way. You called and showed the feedback from the people looking at our home. This helped us correct things to help sell our home. We were able to sell our home in 32 days. The closing was a waiting game. Theresa, you calling often to tell us what was happening with the buyer helped us cope with the stress beyond belief! Thank you for being part of our lives. You both are wonderful people. When we decided it was time to downsize we enlisted the services of David and Theresa Meyers. Not only did they sell our home in less than a week (at list price), they also helped us find the home that met all of our specifications (there were many). They were patient, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly, maintained a sense of humor throughout. Theresa and David worked well as a team, each having skills that resulted in a smooth transition from one home to another. David provided us guidance and assurance with the mechanical aspects of the many homes that we viewed and Theresa held our hands and guided us throughout the processes of both selling and buying a home. When my wife and I decided to sell our unit in Pelican Pointe, we made a decision to go with Robert Goldman of Michael Saunders & Co. based on his initial presentation and the knowledge he exhibited of the present day Real Estate market in our area. As I am almost settled in the beautiful villa Julie Jacques helped me find, I thought I’d let you know what a great job she did. We started out by looking at place after place over a 2 month period. She finally convinced me to put my house up for sale, so I would be able to purchase another. My house sold very quickly… before I had found a place to buy. It was a little scary, but Julie was always cheerful, smiling, patient with me and most of all optimistic that we’d find a house for me, even when I wasn’t. It turned out that with her help, I made the right choice to buy the villa in Cedar Creek and I am very happy with it. I’d recommend her to any of my friends who might want to sell or buy a house.

I want to let you know that my experience selling my condo on Siesta Key was exceptional. June Howell is a true professional. We recently had the pleasure of working with Mike Holland on the purchase of a home in Sarasota. He made it a very positive experience. Mike carefully listened to and made note of our parameters and zeroed in on homes that met these. He was very professional, patient and willing to spend as much time as needed. It is obvious that Mike is very knowledgeable about the real estate business and easily puts this into practice. I just wanted to drop you this note to thank your company and specifically Gil Schulze for selling our Nokomis property. We've known Gil for 20 years going back to when he sold us the house we are living in now.
