I searched for a professional realtor with a sparkling reputation and I found Christine del Monte. I worked with her remotely until we settled on a property and our offer was accepted. If the story ended here, this would have been a fine experience. However, she continued to guide me through the closing process suggesting numerous competent professionals. As a serious buyer I found her very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Just wanted to send a quick note to say that Chris went above and beyond on both our purchase in Bradenton and sale in Palmetto, she is a very hard working person. We both liked your enthusiasm, knowledge of the area and willingness to look at numerous condos in varied areas. We met Marybeth Tvaroch while renting a condo on Boca Grande. She introduced us to the Boca Grande area along with Manasota Key, Placida and Englewood. Her knowledge and love of the area was infective and made us think that maybe this is a place we should consider for a retirement home. We looked at condos on the gulf, bay, wetlands, etc. Finally we decided to look at homes and found one we liked. Marybeth helped us make an offer. Considering we bought our one and only home 30 years ago, we were like 55 year old first time buyers! She carefully and patiently guided us through the process, encouraging us along the way without pressuring us.
