The purchase process proved to be long and drawn out, but through it all Tama kept her sense of humor and worked diligently to get both parties to the point of agreement. Lisa Curt was very helpful in assisting us in purchasing our retirement house in Florida. Lisa was very attentive in listening to our needs. We were referred to Phyllis Garfinkel by another company. She showed us the Sarasota area in great detail and provided us with maps of the area. She was very helpful and energetic. Always patient and helpful each step of the way and never losing her enthusiasm. She never let us down. She worked with us with a broken foot and crutches. Dan was polite and willing to help us know a little bit more about the opportunity to sell our home. He was genuinely interested in us. He is wonderful and we appreciate all that he has done for us. JoAnne Sckowska and Nell Taylor took a great deal of time with us and explained the area and printed us many condos to consider. JoAnne’s knowledge of the area, the market and the over all real estate purchase was excellent! She was extraordinary at keeping in contact with us. We live in Massachusetts and have been dreaming on moving to the Venice area for many years now. Trying to buy a home in Florida when you live in Mass has proven to be very difficult to say the least....until we met Kay Chandler. Kay understands the beauty of Sarasota and recognizes its special and unique qualities. She boosts the city and it's beaches, parks, arts, libraries, universities, restaurants, and houses of worship. I was impressed by her marketing skills, her use of digital photography and the computer to market property. I was also impressed by her use of the tried and true marketing techniques, such as frequent open house dates, collaboration with other realtors, and talking up the property.
