Sherri Mills did a fantastic job handling the sale of my mother’s property in Sarasota. I have been in the mortgage business for over 40 years so I feel I am qualified to know a good real estate agent when I see one. I don’t hand out compliments unless there has been a job well done and I am handing one out to Sherri. It was not an easy sale due to outside forces we had no control over but Sherri‘s experience with this kind of stuff got us to the closing table.

Rudy drove to Orlando to go over our goals, and assist us with completing and signing all the documentation. We had two goals: 1. Get us first in line for the property we are attempting to purchase; and 2. Sell our current property for a fair and reasonable amount; quick. We are currently under contract for our new home. Goals accomplished! How refreshing that a Realtor listens to your goals, develops a plan to meet those goals, and then executes that plan to perfection. We could not be happier!

We have had several real estate dealings with Rosalie Phillips in Florida and have found her to be a very skilled and caring professional in her field. She listens to the client and does not try to oversell; she is totally honest and upfront on all issues in a deal; she has a very open no-nonsense way of dealing with her clients; she works hard and really does her homework. Finally, she is a very fine person.

I’m not sure where to start with an evaluation for Christine. What we found was someone who checks in with you on a small sale as they are on site of a possible 6 and 7 figure sales. 300 plus emails in a six month period. Tack on multiple contracts flying back and forth scrambling electrons that got in the way, phone messages, texts, property walk thru’s, photos, recommendations for professionals, services, restaurants, things to do.

Carol Cohen demonstrated professionalism during every step of the sale. We were very impressed with the way our property was marketed and how quickly she brought a qualified buyer to the table.
