My husband and I have sold many houses in our lifetime. We have never, however, been as pleased with an agent as Jack Otto! He has been so competent, helpful and courteous to us in all ways. As an example, he personally went shopping for us to find the best price for a hot water heater that the sellers, and we, had agreed to replace. He has checked our house since we have come north, and has volunteered his services in any emergency. This is far beyond anything we ever experienced! We decided to enter your office on Main Street just as they were closing and met the only agent in the office: Melba Jimenez. Melba devoted hours showing us homes available in the area.
