We found Joan through an ad for a condo that we saw in the local paper when we were staying in Venice, FL. That unit didn't work out, but since we live out of the country, Joan arranged for us to see other suitable properties when we went back at a later date. She was quick to respond to our emails when we had questions or when we revised what we were looking for. She was knowledgeable about Venice in general and the condo community in specific. Lee Dillon
All through the process of finding a second home, Lee Dillon was amazing. Knowing nothing about the Sarasota area, she guided us, in choosing the perfect place, based on our requirements, in Longboat Key. I had not met Sherri Mills, but my daughter recommended her. During our search, Sherri communicated with us daily, providing us with information on homes available. We soon found just the right one. Sherri handled the transaction very smoothly, talking care of every little detail. We were happy to call Sherri to list the house we were leaving, knowing she would handle everything in her efficient and pleasant manner, and would take care of everything for us. She skillfully worked through some difficult negotiations, all the while conducting herself in a freindly, courteous and professional manner.
