Julie made arrangements for us to see the properties we had chosen and then some. What struck us most was how she listened to what we had to say, what features we liked or areas that we wanted to avoid. She was always very thoughtful, considerate and professional. Julie helped make the negotiation process go smoothly. The contract, inspections, closing date and banking, insurance and utilities information were provided to us by Julie.

Karen Burket went to great extremes to complete this transaction. If you do not use Nancy you are crazy. After buying and selling seven homes, I can honestly say Nancy is the only good / great real estate agent there is. No one comes close. I don’t care if you are buying or selling, good market or bad, Nancy is the person to use.

What a great person Diane Fogo Harter is. I don't believe you can find a better agent. She went well beyond the requirements of a good agent. She is very knowledgeable and so very helpful.
