Joe went above and beyond my expectations of a real estate agent. From beginning to end he guided me through the purchase. I had not seen the property until I arrived this week and am very happy with my purchase due to the efforts on my behalf by Joe. On a scale of 1 -10, I would rate Joe well above anything on that scale. I have come across all kinds of people; Joe is one of a kind and I cannot say enough kind words about him.

We are very pleased with the work done by in guiding us in our purchase. Kristen is extremely professional, knowledgeable and focused on our needs. This is our 9th purchase, so we have some experience in working with agents, and Kristen is one of the best. We strive to pay attention to even the smallest detail so we can be a challenge to work with, but her patience and determination were most appreciated. We would be pleased to recommend her.

You have an outstanding woman working for you - her name is Susan Keal. She is not only knowledgeable but is genuinely a caring soul and has a gentle spirit. She listened to our wants and needs and put us on track and found our dream home. We are loving our home and I give her name to all of our friends and anyone I meet that says they are even remotely thinking about moving to this area. Susan was my first 'friend' in Sarasota and I'm proud to still call her that today!
