Mutual friends knew Joanne and when it became time for them to sell their home, they of course used Joanne. The house sold remarkably quickly and satisfactorily. When it was time for us to sell some property we used her services. Again, the property sold surprisingly quickly and profitably. Larry Zeigler did an exceptional job for us. He was one of the most professional real estate agents I have come across. I have recommended him to several of my friends. He has a thorough knowledge for your local market and has tremendous patience. He continually helped me with the unit I bought from inspection to follow up repair. The house on Gasparilla could not have worked out better. Its openness and heated pool allowed Kris and I and many family members to enjoy our stay better than we ever hoped. The wedding was also perfect. After losing our original house 3 weeks before the wedding Kris and I were in a bit of a panic. You truly were our savior. A number of family and friends who had never been to Boca are already talking about returning next year. Be assured your name will be the first one I pass on.

Your services are so superior to the previous management company I used, that I seldom, if ever, have reason to contact you.
