Maureen Horn was exceptional in helping me close the deal on a wonderful property at the Longboat Key Club. She persevered and was not discouraged. I had come to LBK for tow months in 2003 and fell in love with the area, particularly the north end of the key. I met Bobbie Banan at a church supper and mentioned I loved the area but feared I couldn’t afford to buy anything. She immediately said she had some places to show me. Bobbie is unique, since she lives on LBK, she knows the area well, she knows the market and she gets to know her clients. She is an intelligent, caring, empathetic individual.

In late February I decided to sell my home in Country Place subdivision. I contacted Sherri Mills, who was recommended to me by our common friend. What happened next continues to amaze me. When I met Sherri, my husband and I were toying with the idea of looking into buying a home. As first time homebuyers, we were not really sure where to start. Sherri gently offered to give us some advice and contact information for mortgage lenders. Sherri was asking very pertinent questions, and was very good at getting us both to vocalize our thoughts and feelings of certain traits of each home and neighborhood.
