Over the past 2 years I have bought 3 beachfront properties on Longboat Key from Richard and this past May bought a fourth property; a waterfront home on Sarasota Bay. I use Richard because of his vast and intimate knowledge of beachfront properties in the Sarasota area. Richard recently sold a property for me that I had owned for only a year. It sold for 30% more than I had paid just a year earlier. As you might suspect, I have the utmost confidence in Richard's ability.

Scott was always professional and very knowledgeable of the area. Each day he listened to our requests and always followed through with homes that met those needs. We love the home we chose. We would highly recommend Scott to anyone who is looking for home in the Venice area. He's one of those people that is easy going and not a high pressured salesman which worked perfectly for us.

From the onset, Lee made clear that no request was too large or small as she consistently delivered service and support. When she didn't feel she had the knowledge or resources to help us with something, she referred us to someone who could. I could easily provide you with several pages of things Lee did for us that clearly would not be included in a realtor's job description. We are so grateful for everything and it clearly reflects Lee's professional dedication.

My agent was Larry Ziegler, and I want to praise him for his calm demeanor, good-natured attitude and always being there. We have been working with Larry for over a year and he's been patiently showing us condo after condo. He never pushed us, he never wavered in his tenacity to find what we were looking for. When we decided to find a new home in the area we sought the assistance of Karen Chandler and we could not have made a better choice. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the various choices we had, the benefits of each Key, and even the difference between living on the Gulf and living on the Bay.
