I highly recommend Carol as a Real Estate agent. She was the superstar agent in the worst possible market time. She was always available, very well networked and hard working. She has a large marketing budget and used it to its full capacity. We had a very good result in a very tough market.

Vacationing in Florida (from WV) for the first extended time since retirement in 2010, we decided to look around for a condo, etc. winter home for six month of the year. I visited several websites on line. Joan McMahon was the first to respond with the utmost interest, integrity, honesty, and friendliness. She met us right away, knew our needs, and offered her assistance and expertise. In our opinion we have the best realtor in the state of Florida.

I probably do not need to tell you how overwhelming purchasing your first home can be. Deborah helped me to sort through the hundreds of properties that Sarasota had to offer, arranged for me to see those I had interest in, and above all, found the perfect home for my dogs and me. Both Sue and Jennifer were very professional in their dealing with us and very courteous. Additionally, they are excellent listeners and provided valuable feedback both in the form of weekly statistics as well as timely phone comments after each showing.
