When we sadly decided that it was time to sell our house on Casey Key, Deborah made the whole experience as pleasant and painless as possible. When I think back to a year ago, when I listed my condo with you, I can't help but smile regarding the experience. When everyone else was having trouble selling, listing for over a year, etc, I couldn't believe it when you were able to get an offer in 11 days. When the gulf was in trouble with the oil spill, I feared I would have to come down drastically in my asking price. The selling price for my unit was exactly what I had hoped to get.

Anita did a great job helping to sell my condominium. She held a number of open houses presenting my residence in the best light. Her market knowledge and all aspects of the sale were impressive. Also, she followed up all of the prospects requests and her involvement in the negotiation of the sale price helped get a great price. After the sale she made sure all of documentation was handled properly and that made my part transpire easily. Also, Anita found the exact home I was looking for.

Maureen Horn's expertise and negotiating skills enabled me to purchase my condo in the downtown bay front area of Sarasota and to keep within my strictly capped budget.
