I brought the Buyer to one of your other listings but the bid failed. You were interested enough to think through the situation, spoke with your Seller of another property and approached me to see if this other property might suit the Buyer. It did, we put a contract together and saw the transaction through to successful completion. Your helpfulness, friendliness, professionalism and attention to detail were exemplary.

I cannot think of anyone better than Howie & Robyn to either handle your sale or help you with buying your home. They work extraordinarily hard to achieve your requirements and have so much knowledge of everything to do with buying and selling a property. I have had the pleasure of working with them for over 4 years first on the purchase of a property and then on the sale I would recommend both Howie and Robyn 150% if you are thinking of doing anything to do with property purchase or a sale.

My instincts were good (for a change)! I really enjoyed talking to Jenifer from the beginning, so I decided to enlist her expertise as my listing agent. She is concise, smart, funny, very realistic, and passionate with a strong sense of urgency. She was the one who constantly lit fires, kept things moving, followed up, and cut through all the junk with her experience. I can’t say enough about Jenifer and it was always a pleasure to pick up the phone when she called, even in the midst of turmoil.
