Dealing with Antaeus was amazing. We found that he guided us every step of the way, very honest, very patient with us, very professional, and most of all a good friend for years to come. Jeanne Ballock was the agent for our property. The transaction was quite complicated, as there were substantial legal issues related to the property. Jeanne was always courteous and respectful, and handled most of the communication with the attorney. She was efficient, persistent, and was able to get the job done. Please know that in Jeanne, you have an extremely professional and knowledgeable agent. She has a wonderful personality and is a pleasure to work with.

My experience with Michael Saunders & Company was through Leigh Simons. I found she does her homework. Keeping me up to speed was a priority and she delivered with accurate information. Throughout the process, I felt my interests were well represented. There was a significant difference in service as Leigh is detail oriented, her paperwork precise, therefore my closing was painless.

Maryanne Kurtz and Dan Olson have gone above and beyond the level of service that one expects from a real estate agent. I have bought many pieces of real estate over the years, including residential, commercial and land acquisitions, and I never have experienced the level of service that these two provide.
