I have dealt with agents for over 20 years, and I can say with no reservations that Karen Williamson is not only a good agent, she is a great one. We are the purchasers of a new build property and dealt with your realtor Jack Otto. I am pleased to report to you that even after spending days taking us round various properties, Jack guided us through all the procedures of the purchase amazingly, negotiating with the builders and the lawyers on the many issues that arose and making sure everything was put in hand, and checking out that it was done.
