From the first time my husband and I were introduced to Jim, we were impressed with everything about him. Jim was great in dealing with the listing agents and with the owners who 'just happened' to be at the homes when we went to look at them.' He has unlimited patience and answered all of our questions, no matter how usual I thought they might be. I would like to commend you on having on your staff Phyllis DiBlasi. She just sold my condominium in Sunset Towers, and no one could ever be more efficient, or more knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. She handled everything with accuracy, courtesy, and know-how. No time was lost. The advertising was outstanding. After seeing my place as it was proposed by her, I would have bought it back! Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work with this fine woman.
