Yvonne was extremely accommodating to our work schedules and growing family. From start to finish, it was easy with Yvonne. On closing day, we were disappointed with what the builder did not finish but had to close due to travel dates, she was our voice and made sure that the contract was complete and we were completely satisfied before signing anything. She was an A+ in my book and I would recommend her to any home buyer, large dollars or small!

I want to personally thank you for your work on helping Mary and I buy and sell in Longboat Key. Both transactions were a little complicated, but you really helped us get a great result across the board. I know our schedules did not particularly lend themselves to easy communication, so I really appreciated your efforts in directly managing all the details that were impossible for me to do. We selected Drew based on 'good chemistry' and actual past success in Silver Oak. Drew managed the entire process from start to finish, from the listing agreement through a line item explanation of the closing form and every step along the way, we couldn’t be more pleased. The successful offer came 18 days after our listing hit MLS – excellent! I would heartily recommend (and have) Drew for any future real estate needs, be it selling or buying.

When I was just starting my career in Sarasota, my mentor, Andy Cail, introduced me to Terri Derr, her then partner at Michael Saunders & Company.
