I was unprepared for what I found in Jack: candor and honesty, hard working, empathetic, a decent and genuine human being. He befriended my son, and my wife, and me. He was thoughtful, cheerful and kind. In the end, we sold our house for more than we thought we would. Jack's energy, insights, determination, and experience were the deciding factors. I've seen plenty of brokers in my life, but Jack has been the finest. He is truly without peer.

Kathy was unbelievable. Such a professional. She was warm, friendly, supportive, and really made the selling process (far more stressful than buying, let me say) as painless as possible. Kathy Lewis is just awesome and we were so grateful to have worked with her and to call her our Realtor, and now our friend. We have had two experiences now with the Michael Saunders & Company, and both have been just stellar.

I am a veteran of many real estate transactions, and I can say without hesitation that Kristen was one of the best Realtors I have had the pleasure to work with. My wife and I are from northern Illinois so we had to rely on a local Realtor to find our vacation home. The Carroll’s are a pro team and take into consideration every detail you need. They work very hard as a couple and also on their own. They are an honest team which places people first! We have dealt with many other Realtors in the area over many years and would place them at the TOP of the list. I would suggest you meet with them first and then others----you'll see the difference right away.

Kevin is a terrific salesperson. He is very honest about how you need to present your property to prospective buyers. He physically came to my home on several occasions and helped me with the staging. He has a very positive and optimistic personality. In my case, he sold his own listing. If Kevin gets the opportunity to show his own listing, the chances of selling it increase exponentially.

We have been very pleased with Kevin and Sally Carroll. They were knowledgeable and answered any questions we had with immediate feedback. They were professional, yet friendly.
