My daughter recently purchased a villa from Jim and he was very helpful in putting differences together. Jim sold my former Glen Oaks villa a few years ago in a difficult market in less than a week. I put in an offer recently and Jim did everything possible to make it work. I have nothing but respect for Jim as he knew how much I liked this unit. I am sure he will find another villa soon. I recently closed on a home with Diana Michel; how pleased I am with the experience. Two contracts, three loan officers and four extensions later, I am in the home of my dreams.
