Joe went above and beyond my expectations of a real estate agent. From beginning to end he guided me through the purchase. I had not seen the property until I arrived this week and am very happy with my purchase due to the efforts on my behalf by Joe. On a scale of 1 -10, I would rate Joe well above anything on that scale. I have come across all kinds of people; Joe is one of a kind and I cannot say enough kind words about him.

We are very pleased with the work done by in guiding us in our purchase. Kristen is extremely professional, knowledgeable and focused on our needs. This is our 9th purchase, so we have some experience in working with agents, and Kristen is one of the best.
