You have an outstanding woman working for you - her name is Susan Keal. She is not only knowledgeable but is genuinely a caring soul and has a gentle spirit. Donald was extremely professional, knowledgeable and went way beyond our expectations in his efforts during a complex purchase. This property was a short sale and the process was arduous. At every step of the way Donald was there. He showed many properties, understood our needs, communicated continuously over long distance, and was a steady hand throughout the process. Given it was a short sale and took 8 months to close, both of us were very pleased with the responsiveness shown by your team of realtors. We feel that they complement each other very well in background and personality. They were concerned about us and kept a sense of humor as well when the short sale process became bogged down. We certainly will refer others to them, should the opportunity arise

About Mary Sauve. She worked with me, guided me and assisted me throughout the entire process. With a relatively short time to closing, Mary kept me up-to-date reminding me daily of what was needed and when. She was a true professional. On our arrival day she even came to our new home, with a 'survival kit', dressed and ready to help us unpack. Now THAT is a trait rarely found in any real estate agent today. On a scale of 1 to 10, I consider Mary Sauve to be at least a 12+.
