Joanne Pattona was always very professional and immediately answered any questions we had. The pictures of our house on the realtor web site were very accurate and showed our house to its best advantage. Joanne worked very hard to secure a buyer for us in a difficult market. She dealt with some unexpected issues and quickly resolved them. She took us to a successful closing. Mutual friends knew Joanne and when it became time for them to sell their home, they of course used Joanne. The house sold remarkably quickly and satisfactorily. When it was time for us to sell some property we used her services. Again, the property sold surprisingly quickly and profitably. Larry Zeigler did an exceptional job for us. He was one of the most professional real estate agents I have come across. I have recommended him to several of my friends. He has a thorough knowledge for your local market and has tremendous patience. He continually helped me with the unit I bought from inspection to follow up repair. That was very important for me since I am an out of state buyer. I completely trusted his judgment and he was very generous with his time.

The house on Gasparilla could not have worked out better. Its openness and heated pool allowed Kris and I and many family members to enjoy our stay better than we ever hoped. The wedding was also perfect. After losing our original house 3 weeks before the wedding Kris and I were in a bit of a panic. You truly were our savior. A number of family and friends who had never been to Boca are already talking about returning next year. Be assured your name will be the first one I pass on.
