It is too often in this day and age that good customer care and service is hard to find. We had a difficult time with the purchase of our property, but through it all, Laura was wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a more competent or caring Realtor (and now friend). She went above and beyond many times. Our experience with the Michael Saunders family can be summed up in one word - fantastic. Our primary contact person was our agent Jo-Anne Sckowska. She was ably supported by her partner Nell Taylor. Both are professionals in every sense of the word. They guided us every step of the way from our first day of viewing through the closing. She and Nell counseled us on several occasions and calmed our fears. They are wonderful.
