Susan not only took interest in assisting me to find properties, she was also very helpful making suggestions for hotel accommodations. Susan stayed in contact, providing me with helpful and useful information on properties that she thought would meet my objectives and preferences. I felt well served by Susan; she was friendly, efficient, timely and respectful of my needs. I was very impressed with her professionalism and am very pleased that Susan was available to assist me.

I am writing to inform you of the exceptional service we received from Jack Otto. He could not have been more helpful or supportive. He patiently took a nervous purchaser through all the necessary steps, carefully explaining each in detail. He expertly advised us from our initial visits, to possible units, through negotiations, and finally through the myriad of complex paperwork. Never in all of my business experience have I received such unstinting service and care.

Jackie Clemons was so personable, helpful, efficient and thorough. She listened to our wish list and took us on a house finding tour. At the time, `we were just looking’. She brought us to this house and there was an instant connection. From that point, she connected us to the mortgage company, helped us make an offer, and stayed with us through the entire process. She even donated to a charity in our name. If we ever need a Realtor again she will be the ONE.

Listing our home with B.J. was the best thing we ever did! His professionalism and courtesy were a breath of fresh air. He was in constant contact with us throughout the process. His expertise was greatly appreciated when we had questions about our listing price, and his advice paid off when we sold our home quickly! Realtors like B.J. are the exception, not the rule, in our area!! He exceeded all of our expectations, and we can't recommend him highly enough!
