Since we spent much of our time out of state, we appreciated that B.J. was able to accomplish the listing paperwork and the closing through email and telephone contact. The services provided by Dan Freed were outstanding. He is truly a professional who knows how to market to the fullest extent. His presentation and background work were what sold the property to us. Dan's efforts during the due diligence period were excellent. Perhaps another testimonial to Dan is evident in the fact that this was the first open house I have ever attended to and the result is obvious. Clearly I need to stay away from any of Dan's current open houses!
