B.J. just went to work and blew away my previous thoughts about Realtors that just sit there and wait for something to happen. B.J. Ratigan is a highly aggressive, knowledgeable Realtor. He is a great listener, and he cares what you have to say. His track record is excellent and I wish I had known him the first time I listed the house. He is just what someone needs when they have to sell and they are not sure who can give them the best results.

While my condo was for sale, I had some severe medical issues, including a broken leg. Kristina went above and beyond what is usually required of an agent to make it as convenient as possible for me during a very stressful time. She did an A+ job in my opinion and got the condo sold in a difficult market.

We were in contact with Mel almost every day; he took care of every step of the transaction on our behalf and kept taking care of us even after the closing day. Mel and Jan are real pros dedicated to their clients, we are still impressed by the quality of the properties they found for us in such a short delay and about the abundance of good advice they gave us. My wife and I have been involved with several transactions over the last 25 years, but this was by far, the best experience we could have asked for. Christine del Monte is the most delightful, caring, efficient Realtor that I have ever worked with. My time and comfort was her essential motivation. Guiding and informing me of the areas, the sites to see and the restaurants were beyond her duties. She did not stop aiding me right through the settlement. She is still helping me with contractor references. All in all, I would not have made this purchase without her assistance. She will always be thought of as a dear friend.
