In 2020 I sold my home in Glenn Lakes and purchased a condo at the Harborage. At the time, I was very recently widowed. I remembered Leah’s advertisement as an expert in the area and so decided to work with her after interviewing two other realtors. Throughout the process, Leah was an absolute professional who made sure that everything went as smoothly as possible. It was a relief to me that I could count on Leah at such a difficult time. She found me a wonderful place to live, and we sold my home quickly. Both of my transactions went very well due to her efforts and wealth of experience in the industry. Since then, I have remarried, which necessitated selling my condo this past January. I never considered another agent. Leah sold my condo in eight days. It was a pleasure working with her – and – even though I knew she would do a great job, she still managed to impress me again. To anyone looking for a realtor, call Leah; you can trust her.

During our time on Palm Island we purchased and sold the same house with Kevin. Both experiences were amazing. He worked hard for us in both endeavors. he was a real estate agent at first and then became a true friend. I would highly recommend Kevin Machen as your real estate agent.

Yvonne Wolf just might be the best realtor in the greater Englewood area. I would go so far as to say she is likely the best in Southwestern Florida. She has detailed knowledge of the market, of the contract language in the offers and best of all, Yvonne has amazing people skills. My Rotonda house sold in less than 2 months, during a time when it was a Buyer's market and a difficult sellers market. Through Yvonne's communication with me and with our buyers, all encountered hurdles were overcome (there were a few on the part of both parties involved). I can't say enough good things about the work Yvonne put into the process.

I think Jessica Meyers is a true real estate professional. I am an attorney, and my clients hired Mrs. Meyers as their real estate agent in the purchase of high-end, beach-front real estate.
