Kathy did a wonderful job in helping us find the ideal home in Longboat Key. As out of town buyers, we relied on her expertise and knowledge of the market to provide the information needed to make a winning bid on our property. Her level of communication and quick response time have been top notch throughout the entire home buying process. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Kathy and she has also been very helpful outside of the sale ... with recommendations on contractors, service people, etc. Would definitely recommend Kathy and use her again in the future.

I don’t write reviews…..but now I find myself at the keyboard. Sometimes, people sell their real estate because it’s the financially prudent thing to do. Other times, it’s often because something has happened in life that warrants the sale of a property. It was apparent to me that it was time to bring my Mom home. Finding a good realtor was just one item on the never ending list of tasks and administrative issues I was responsible for……and then, by sheer happenstance, I was referred to Josie Cline. Inside of just a few conversations, I felt as if I was talking to someone I’ve known my entire life. Josie assessed the situation, took the listing, and became the intelligent, experienced, boots-on-the-ground realtor to get the job done. She had to deal with some above-and-beyond circumstances surrounding the property, and she expeditiously solved the problems and had an offer on the table within hours. I’ll always look back on this time in my life and how difficult it was….and then I will smile when I think about how fortunate I was to have Josie Cline in my corner. You won’t find a more devoted, experienced, and hard-working realtor.
