Jim Litton was extremely helpful in selling my home. He is very easy to talk to and responsive to clients needs. He is also patient and knowledgeable about the Gulf Coast housing market. Wonderful. I contacted several R/E agents asking for some information the rental market. I was not going to give a listing, just wanted some info. None offered to help with the exception of Margie, for which I am very thankful. She goes the extra mile to helping people without expecting to make a commission. We were fortunate enough to be referred to Mimi Kruk after an unsuccessful attempt to sell our condominium by another agent and realty firm. The market in Sarasota had begun to cool off and condos in the city weren't selling as quickly as they once had; the condo needed the time and attention be hand-sold and not simply listed. Mimi took full control of the process from the preparation of the listing through to the seamless close.
