We ran into Jason while hopping from open house to open house. we were on limited time in Sarasota and he jumped right into action showing us houses the next day setting up showings in different areas so we could get the grand tour and get a feed for neighborhoods. He showed up with an info packet for every house. From start to finish, his attention to detail and commitment to helping us find the right home AND the right area for our family was next level. Jason took the time to truly understand what we were looking for and left no stone unturned in finding the perfect property. He's incredibly thorough - always one step ahead, anticipating questions before we even had to ask - and his personality made the entire process enjoyable. Jason went above and beyond every step of the way, from coordinating showings and inspections to offering valuable insight that helped us make the right decision. As a matter of fact, the house we selected he suggested we look at even though the pictures were not the best. We went for it eventually it became the one! When my father decided to sell his Lakewood Ranch condo, our family needed a realtor who could work with our whole family in different time zones throughout the process. Carol made it feel effortless. Ryndie was a true professional, very sensitive to this transaction as it was moving my mom from her home into assisted living. Ryndie was mindful to what a challenging moment this was for me, and recommended a contractor prior to closing who got the job done right before we closed. Being in real estate myself, and not in town this was completely a streamlined and smooth transaction because of her. I recommend her highly without question.
