Kim is an amazing realtor. We were in a situation where we had to relocate a family member and move her closer so we could care for her. This meant not only selling this home but also clearing out the entire house and getting it prepared to sell. The home had only one family in it but had not been updated in close to 25 years. Kim was able to manage and coordinate all repairs to enable us to put on the market. She put us in with contractors, cleaning services, and painters to assist us as we lived out of state and were unable to do this ourselves. In the end, Kim was able to sell our property at the price we needed. This type of care and dedication is rarely seen, especially in today's times. Without Kim I have no idea how we would have ever been able to accomplish this. I highly recommend Kim Azar-Calka for anyone's real estate needs.
