My husband and I visited Sarasota last November. I had been researching the area for awhile, but had no concrete plans to buy. We decided on a whim to call Cathy Palmer to look at some homes. She had been recommended by our close friends who have been looking at homes with her.Cathy was very professional and accessible. She listened to our wishes and came up with a game plan. She did not try to influence any decisions, but did give advice when asked.I had decided that Osprey, Florida might be the right choice.We walked into a home in “The Oaks” and immediately felt right.So we did decide to purchase. Cathy was extremely helpful in the entire process. My husband and I recently worked with Cathy and purchased a winter home at 4049 Wildgrass Place in Parrish. We first contacted Cathy last February while we were renting in the Bradenton area. We met her at an open house in River Strand and were impressed with her knowledge and personality. She gave us her card and we contacted her and met up with her at your Bradenton office before we left for Pennsylvania last winter. She kept in touch throughout the year, sending us potential homes to look at and set us up for a home search the first week of October last year. We chose the Wildgrass Place and are extremely happy with our choice. She introduced us to Megan Kendrick, who was also very helpful with the financial end of the purchase.Overall, the experience was positive and organized, which was important to us, since we were out of state. When we arrived for the closing in November, it was effortless. Cathy was beyond helpful. In fact, she called us a few weeks ago to make sure we were settling in and to offer assistance if we needed anything.This is only the second property we have purchased in our forty-two year marriage. It was as stress-free as a purchase of this size could be. Thank you to your company, to Megan, and to Cathy.

Just wanted to take a moment and let you know what an absolute pleasure it has been to work with Cathy over the past year while we looked to find our first Florida Home. Karen and I have been feeding information back and forth to Cathy while she sends us feedback. We finally got our home sold in August and were able to go into full pursuit mode with Cathy. Cathy helped us navigate thru the list of homes and when it was all done, we settled on what we both think was an excellent choice in Tara Preserve. Cathy was so professional about everything and we consider her now more than just a real-estate agent. There was a lot of things to learn moving from Indiana but she helped keep things under control and helped guide us thru all of the differences in buying homes.

The Alliano Fox team is an amazing Realtor team! Susan and Sally handled our mom’s estate sale like it was their own home. They went consistently out of their way to meet with inspectors, handymen, buyers, and buyers' agents to help us sell mom’s home.
