My family has purchased and sold a number of properties on Siesta Key - both homes and investment properties. After working the first time with Ethel and Harvey back in 2012, there was and is no other real estate professionals we would work other than Ethel (and Mina). Three years ago I was set to retire from Washington, D.C. and hired Barbara May at the strong recommendation of a friend based upon his acquisition experience with her. Barbara explained why Sarasota would be a better fit for me than Naples, and the search was on. This commenced a lengthy process due to Coved. Barbara patiently kept me apprised until the climate worked for me. Not only did she produce the perfect home, we were able to strike a transactionthe day before it hit the market. Barbara tilized her wealth of resouces to provide A-Z services. This proved to be invaluable in a city where I had none. There was no end to her attention to above and beyond detail, and I can be a challenge. Ultimatel, I am super happy in Sarasota, and Barbara has become a friend. Not only would I recommend her, I would tell a friend they would be insane NOT to work with her. Why? Because she makes it a fun, positive experience.

Stacy and Sierra are an amazing team. Their attention to detail is unprecedented. They helped guide me through the entire sales process; pricing, listing, staging, showing, selling and closing. Our home was shown many times, up to 3 a day. Stacy or Sierra were able to professionally show each one regardless of the day or time. Their marketing is honestly the best I’ve ever seen. It was so beautiful that it made me extremely proud to be the homeowner. Additionally, the scope of their marketing is extensive. Our house was marketed in many US states and even in some countries abroad. I am extremely appreciative of their work ethic and expertise. I couldn’t imagine a more successful home sale. Mina Johnson was part of the Realtor team that sold my mother’s home after her passing. My sisters and I want to thank her for everything she did to make this happen. She did an excellent job of communicating with us and kept us informed every step of the way. She coordinated many important aspects including the buyer walk thru, as well as our due dates for the tasks we needed to accomplish. She was amazing and the whole process from beginning to end was expedient and expeditious. We appreciate all the work Mina did and again thanks so much. 5 Stars!

My sisters and I want to thank Ethel Lovelace and her team for the experience of selling our mother’s home after her passing. Our mother knew Ethel and had great respect for her. We were so impressed with Ethel's expertise, knowledge, and skillset and for making the selling process smooth and easy to understand for us in our difficult time. Ethel gave us excellent guidance and responsive communication the whole way. She is so professional and outstanding; we cannot express the gratitude we had working with her. We were so impressed with how quickly the property was sold; we received an offer on the home the first day it was listed and closed on it in record time. Toni Turner is a great realtor. She is easy to work with and on top of everything. I had an extremely smooth buy for my home. Toni, was a huge help in my transition from the west coast to the Southwest Florida area. During the whole process of building, I was assured Toni was visiting the site and going above and beyond to give me real time knowledge of the progress. I felt comfortable through the whole experience. I would recommend Toni Turner to anyone with real estate needs.
