Barbara is truly a blessing ! She was easy to work with and let us take our time when choosing a house. If I could I would buy more houses and have her be my realtor. We still stay in touch! I highly recommend working with her. I had a previous realtor and it was awful. GO WITH BARBARA !!!!!!!

Gary is the absolute tops in the real estate world. There was nothing we could ask that he did not know or that he was not willing to do to help us get into the house we wanted. He listens to all your needs, provides an extensive set of listings, personally takes you to those showings and has extensive knowledge of the properties. Best of all he has the local knowledge down and can fill you in on any aspect of what living in your neighborhood would be. He went out of his way to accommodate our schedules, helped us set up inspections, provided recommendations for things we needed to look into (contractors, etc.) and was present at all steps in this process from showing to inspections to closing and even afterwards he is still helping out. His customer service is beyond reproach and Gary is the consummate professional. There is nothing more you could ask for or want out of your agent.

I had an excellent experience with Barbara selling my home. Barbara's calm presence was appreciated and at all times I felt fully assured that she was attending to every detail regarding the listing and sale. One of her many strengths is her skill related to marketing the property. She had a strategy that was implemented with a high quality online and print marketing campaign. Today, the quality and selection of photos when marketing a home is so critical and Barbara did not disappoint. The photos were of the highest quality and showed my home in its best possible light. Barbara also went above and beyond on several occasions to ensure that the entire process went as smoothly as possible.
