Ray Rausa is the best real estate agent we have ever worked with! He is extremely personable. He gives you his full attention when you are with him. Ray is very knowledgeable about Lakewood Ranch and its environs. We spent a few years deciding where in the Sarasota area we were going to settle. Ray never lost his enthusiasm while he expertly guided us through several different areas. We ultimately decided on a new build in Lakewood Ranch. Not only did Ray help us pick out our lot and guide us through the contract but he also accompanied us through the design phase of our project. In 2023 our family decided to sell the condominium that had been in the family for 40 years. Being Canadian we had to deal with the entire process remotely and we needed to rely on a real estate team that could handle all the details and still keep us informed. Ethel, Mina and their team took on all challenges and details to ensure our condo sold quickly and for top dollar.Mina’s recommendations for staging made a huge difference in the presentation of our condo. Her staging was practical and she quickly identified key things to keep costs to a minimum. She contributed her time to making it happen as quickly as possible and went over and above scheduling contractors to accommodate our occupancy. Ethel was able to get us on the market when it suited our schedule resulting in open houses that were well attended and generated offers within hours. The condo sold in a matter of days above asking price.Their team was also very helpful for us being out of country owners. My husband and I were fortunate to meet and work with Hillary when we began our search for a Florida condo. We were from out of state and locating a real estate agent in the Sarasota/Venice/Punta Gorda/Ft.Myers area was a daunting task. We were given her name through our local realtor who happened to have a relocation specialist to help us reach someone in FL. Through email, we were able to share with Hillary our preferred locations and what we were interested in purchasing. She was prompt with her replies and we set up a meeting within a few days. We were a bit surprised that she was so very willing to come to us as we were staying quite a few miles from her. She brought us several listings and information on the developments we were interested in seeing along with others that she recommended. We were impressed by her knowledge of the various areas we were interested in and her willingness to explore a couple that were relatively new to her. We had a very limited schedule but she was willing to work within those limits. We were able to find the condo we were looking for and were happy to have Hillary reviewing the paperwork with us while making suggestions and clarifying any questions we had. Since that day, Hillary has continued to stay in touch and offer any assistance we may need. We couldn’t be happier with her professional knowledge and friendly approach to helping us find our FL home. We’re glad the relocation specialist recommended Hillary and so do we!

Ray helped every inch of the way. From thoroughly showing us properties, explaining the amenities, helping with the purchase and closing process. Even sent us pictures of the house while being built. We couldn't have asked for a better broker.
