The Best Realtor I found Jomara from the Trulia site. She called me when I inquired about a condo I wanted information about. I’m so glad she’s the one who called. She was wonderful from the first phone call. She did FaceTime showings for me since I live out of town. She went to and provided a couple of different addresses so I could get a good comparison. She provided all of the details for both properties. She worked with me to ensure I was getting as much information to make an informed decision as possible. I put in an offer without having seen the property in person, but trusted her to tell me and represent my interests 100%. We came down to inspect the property and also to meet with Jomara, who again was wonderful in person as on the phone. She followed through all the way, provided all of the documentation, found me a great insurance company, and found me a wonderful title agent, she went above and beyond. I had spoken to three realtors before her and not one of them did what she offered to do and did do for me, for us. I love her! And I will use her again next time I’m looking for property in the Sarasota Bradenton area. I did purchase in Bradenton and that was all that was to her. You won’t be disappointed. It will be hard to find someone as professional as Jay. He is always quick to respond to questions and will never try to influence you in making a decision. He stays on top of things and is 100% reliable. We have dealt with many realtors through the years and nobody has ever been as kind and trustworthy and patient as Jay. Unlike most first-time home-owners, we started with no desire to look at countless properties. Instead, we started with a historic street on Siesta Key, and then a specific house listed for sale on that street. Since the seller was, himself, a long-established, local real estate agent, we saw an opportunity to save money in fees and other costs. As time went by in negotiations about structural mediations, inspections, and other costs, we became increasingly aware that we needed a professional working for us. This led us to Mimi Kruk, a licensed Residential agent with extensive knowledge of Sarasota and its Keys. Mimi re-set the whole process, reduced our intended offer, and negotiated documented pre-closing repairs that the 50-year old house needed. She saved us approximately $45K in a lowered purchase price and home repairs that would have come out of our pocket instead of the seller's. Mimi is attentive and comprehensive, leaving no stone unturned when researching a property's history, sustaining momentum in negotiations, making astute recommendations, discussing strategic options, and finding practical solutions involving key players (banking, insurance, seller, and service providers) whose own timetables and priorities seemed to change daily. Mimi locked people in. She is smart, tough, and always has her eye on the ball. She works late, always returns messages, and we always knew the score. Having Mimi on our bench prevented us from making costly mistakes and got us the house we dreamed of owning. We can't recommend her too highly to prospective home buyers (or sellers) in the Sarasota area. When we find superb professionals, such as our life-saving local vet or no nonsense roofer, they populate our short-list. On our go-to short-list, Mimi's there to stay.

My siblings and I were looking for an agent to sell our fathers house after his passing. We were referred to Diane Fogo Harter from Michael Saunders & Company. From the day I met her to begin the process of selling to the day of closing and beyond I could have not been more impressed with her expertise. Being many states away i thought this would be a real challenge, but Diane put my concerns at ease. She was always prompt communicating with phone calls, texts, and emails. When there were issues with repairs that were needed to get the house ready for listing she coordinated everything with contractors and repairmen etc. She was always cheerful and optimistic when we would talk. Working with Beverly was a THE BEST EXPERIENCE! She was patient, understanding, and very focused on our sale. Beverly is extremely responsive...she even answered her cell phone when she was on safari in South Africa!
