Tom was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable of the area. Whenever I had a question, he got back to me in a timely manner with the answer or found out the information to give me. He was always on time for showings and meetings so we did not have to wait around. Knowledge and professionalism makes Tom a realtor to use.

First of all, we are so appreciative of all of the time and consideration given to our sale from Michael Saunders & Company. It was not an easy process due to our CAM, and there were various individuals who spent many hours attempting to rectify our inaccurate account. Jessica Wren was our realtor, and we can not say enough about her energy and attention to detail during the sale of our condo. Her timing for putting our condo on the market was a key to it selling so quickly. We had constant interaction via phone or email as to the selling process, and Jessica was always available to answer our numerous questions. We do not remember all of the office staff with whom we had contact, but we did speak with Sandra Cruz at various times. She patiently made sure we understood the process and signing of the online documents. Whenever we had contact with anyone at the office, it was courteous and helpful.We had no issues with Michael Saunders & Company at any step of this selling process. In fact, we think that Jessica went above and beyond to make sure that our condo sold at the highest price possible for us. We sold our condo in 22 days, and we could not be more grateful to Jessica and this company for their diligence on our behalf.

I can't imagine going through the sale of a house or condo without Beth Ann. She was there every step of the way and did things that were not part of her job ( like collecting our mail while we were gone. She organized all of the workers, cleaners and maintenance people within minutes and had all of the deadlines met way ahead of time. She was truly professional and I will never buy or sell a home without her.

We had an excellent experience working with Amber. We are from Connecticut so we anticipated finding potential homes, organizing showings and eventually closing on a home would a tremendous challenge. However, Amber made the process far easier than we ever imagined it could be. Her ability to listen and understand what we were looking for in a home as well staying within our price range made the process so much easier. She was also very organized and dedicated as much time as we needed during our visits. Because of the distance she always volunteered to do things that would not normally be part of the home buying process for a local family. She was a pleasure to work with and we would recommend her to anyone buying a home.
