We have worked with many realtors in the past, both for our primary residences as well as seasonal properties. Fortunately, we never had any issues and were generally satisfied since all transactions ultimately came to completion. Once we engaged Bernadette Caswell however, it became immediately evident that we had never experienced the level of service she provides. Being long distance buyers, Bernadette kept us apprised of any and every issue that was associated with the purchase of our new home. The closing process could not have been more seamless, thanks to her. Riina invested a tremendous amount of time getting to know us, by showing us a wide variety of homes for sale and listening to our feedback about each one. I watched her take extensive notes during our home visits. She was consistently calm, reassuring, and professional even when we were tired and stressed, especially during the offer process. Riina showed us many great homes, but in the end found us the best home in the best location we could ask for. She worked with us for more than 3 months, and got us over a whole lot of hurdles during our move from Ohio. Cannot recommend Riina enough!

Tina is a true professional who knows and. understands her craft. Trust her. She came in and made some recommendations with which I disagreed, but WOW once it was done. She did not steer us wrong and I would submit that if you listen to her you will get more for your house than you would doing it your way. I have never been happier with a representative.
