There were so many WOWs that went down for us during this transaction that Tina handled. Here are a few: This lady is a pro; always on time; always presented herself well. Her intuition on everything from inspection items, when to make a move on something or not, and how to mediate anything along the way, were always right on the money. She communicated exactly the right amount and with just the right tone so as not to cause any more stress than a move already brings. Her staff and sources for providers were plentiful and reputable. I know what a success she is being in the real estate industry here for over two decades, so when I shared that I was unhappy about the for sale sign not being up (due to our HOA requesting a specific one), Tina herself drove the sign out to our house and got it back in the yard the next day. You know you are working with someone worthy of the rewards of their work when they don't pass the buck, they listen and they get the job done. I could write a novel regarding the knowledge, professionalism, and attentiveness that Nancy possesses. Many other positive terms apply as well. Nancy was recommended to me via a realtor with 45 years of experience in the Longboat Key/Sarasota area…. I think that says a lot.Throughout the process of buying my house, the best description I can think of for Nancy goes beyond a realtor; she is an advocate. I felt like I was her #1 priority from day one, through closing, and beyond. Nancy went above and beyond to make sure that every aspect of the process was on track and correct.This was my first time buying a house and having Nancy as my advocate made the entire transaction very easy for me. I had very specific qualifications for what I wanted and Nancy found the perfect home for me in very short order.

Jessica helped us find our dream house and led us through each step. She kept us up to date and stood next to us up to closing and even after. She was a blessing in our new adventure to moving to Florida. Very professional but with a personal touch that we can’t thank her enough for.

After a miserable experience with another realtor Jessica was a breath of fresh air. From our first meeting til our closing she was friendly, professional, and was always available when questions arose. If she didn't answer her phone she would respond with a text and call when she was free. She exudes confidence which transfers to her ability to sell your property. She told me day one she would sell my property even after raising my selling price. Which I have to admit I was skeptical of that! She sold my property in one day for a very good price I might add. I have already recommended her to my Sister and I would recommend using Jessica for your real estate needs.

Leah is an outstanding realtor!! We are in our 60s and have closed on over a dozen different properties during our lifetime. Leah is by far the absolute best relator we have had. She is a top notch professional, dedicated, extremely hard working, personable, honest, patient, and most importantly an amazing communicator. She continually kept us up-to-date on the process (phone calls, emails, texts); clearly explained everything; and always reminded us to contact her with any questions. BTW - She sold our home is less than a week.
