My husband and I had a long search, more than six months, for our home. We knew exactly where we wanted to live, and it was a very small area without a lot of inventory. We worked primarily with Morgan on Jennifer's team, and she was always professional, upbeat, and most of all patient! She never pressured us to change where we wanted to live. She went door knocking in the area to try to find folks who might be interested in selling their home. She researched county records to look deep into our targets. She even helped us find a rental home to live in so we could move to the area from the other side of the state. As our search dragged on month after month, we wavered about location and asked Morgan to show us homes in other parts of St. Pete. Again, she had great suggestions and happily showed us around. Ultimately we found a home in our original target neighborhood, and we are so happy. Once our offer was accepted, Jennifer and her whole team stepped in to ensure that we had a smooth inspection process, final negotiation with the sellers, and easy closing. I HIGHLY recommend the Thayer team!

It was my good fortune to have contacted and retained Irene Slattery as my listing realtor at Michael Saunders. Irene worked tirelessly and made the sale seem effortless...which it was on my part. From the first encounter with me to the final contract signatures, Irene was most professional. She was always available when I needed her. I struggle to put into words how tremendous our experience has been with Janis and Ron. We literally feel blessed they came into our lives. Why is that? Certainly, Janis brings intimate knowledge about the Sarasota housing market - but that's expected of any realtor. And Ron brings an extensive legal background that simplifies the complex purchasing process - which was awesome and unexpected. But the bigger deal is this: These are two special people. Professionally, they excelled at listening, guiding us toward areas, refreshingly honest thoughts, responsiveness, attention to detail, and even insights about our likely future needs. But above all else, these are folks we loved being around because of their energy, humor, and personalities. With our house now closed, we miss them already! My feeling is Janis and Ron are in the real estate business primarily for the purpose of helping people, and anyone would be lucky to engage with them to buy or sell a property. Run - don't walk - if you have the opportunity to work with them.

Susie has a wonderful personality making the purchase experience quick, easy and painless. Susie was always prompt with return phone calls and through with researching options available in the market. She was very knowledgeable about the process status of city/county and home inspections.
