We'd found Jonathan on an internet search when looking for a realtor and contacted him from Canada, 18 months prior to our desired purchase date. Our 'wish list' was taken seriously, as he began to advise us on properties. While not having met us in person, from start to finish, he offered his time, patience and market expertise, educating us on the surrounding Sarasota area, given we weren't familiar with the city. As clients, we were very specific on what we wanted and he helped us greatly in narrowing down the search. Fast forward to when we flew in, having only 1 day to find our dream home. I asked John what he knew and thought about a couple of properties I was looking at. John took the time to thoroughly investigate them then offered excellent advice whether to proceed. I have always enjoyed speaking with John in person and by email. He is my person to go to about real estate in SW Florida.

I want to say a word of thanks to fellow Seagate resident Rob Delaney. As a broker at Michael Saunders, Rob expertly navigated the sale of my unit on Longboat Key. His knowledge of the building and surrounding area is unmatched and it's great to have a broker who lives in the building and is available at all hours of the day or night. Genny is a dedicated caring individual and goes out of her way with her clients. If she doesn’t know she will find out very quickly and always answers phone and keeps you in the loop of selling.
