Daralyn and Lex both worked very hard to help get our home sold . From the very beginning they were very involved in getting our home ready and used professional photographers to show our home. It looked so great I didn’t want to leave. They were at almost every showing we had so that they could show all the good points that might otherwise be missed. My husband and I recently purchased a beautiful condo in downtown Sarasota, with lovely bay views. Our realtor, Andrea O'Brien, made it all happen for us. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area, knows all the ins and outs of real estate, and is friendly, gracious, and very understanding of the needs of the buyer. She listens to what the buyer is looking for, and will research, and send you properties to view that includes everything on your list. She also responds immediately to any and all concerns you may have. In my opinion, you couldn't be in better hands. If you want the best go w Bob and his team- Bob and Peggy were outstanding! I jokingly told Bob I was a tough customer and hard to please as I have bought many homes in my lifetime and also was in the mortgage business. Bob and Peggy made this tough customer a cupcake! lol. He is absolutely one of the best and his knowledge and help throughout the process was amazing- truly! Rarely am I this impressed by a realtor but again, was blown away about how good and thorough they are! SamZ

I knew Judy from the sale of another home I owned, and was delighted to see she was the listing agent on the home I was interested in. She responded immediately, arranged for a viewing the same day I called, and handled all the details of the sale with the exemplary professionalism I have come to rely on from her. All this made somewhat complicated by the fact that I was buying the home for my out-of-state brother! Judy took it in stride, and everything went off without a hitch.
