Dan spoke directly with every agent before they showed our Siesta condo. He said he wanted to be sure each agent knew all the features and benefits and they wouldn't rush thru their showing. That made all the difference! The home sold in one day with a full-price offer and two others waiting to write an offer. The process was smooth because of Dan's diligence and attention to details. Erik did an amazing job of listening and learning about our business needs in regards to finding a new location. We had been at our original location for almost 12 years. The building is scheduled for demolition and redevelopment. He frequently provided properties to look at that met our requirements. He was very timely in arranging times to go view potential properties and to be the go between in communicating with the prospective owners. I had an exceptional experience with Allison as my realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable of the market, and she was especially accessible and responsive with my myriad of questions throughout the sales, contract and closing process. We first spoke in September, when Allison called me back within 24 hours of me submitting an introductory inquiry on the Rudy website. Our first conversation was no shorter than 45 minutes where I shared my wish list and timing, and Allison wasn't rushed or distracted on that call; she sent me a confirmation email outlining exactly what we discussed and what my priorities were and assured me she'd keep her eyes and ears open. Because of her reputation and relationships, she found my condo before it hit the market, and that was key for me securing the unit, which coincidentally was exactly what Allison and I had first discussed six months earlier...location, complex, even floor! I give Allison 10 stars out of 5 because of her knowledge, her attention to detail, her relationships on the Key, her patience with and responsiveness to my million dumb questions, and her overall ability to make me feel like I was her only client.
