She is extremely knowledgeable of the market, and she was especially accessible and responsive with my myriad of questions throughout the sales, contract and closing process. We first spoke in September, when Allison called me back within 24 hours of me submitting an introductory inquiry on the Rudy website. Our first conversation was no shorter than 45 minutes where I shared my wish list and timing, and Allison wasn't rushed or distracted on that call; she sent me a confirmation email outlining exactly what we discussed and what my priorities were and assured me she'd keep her eyes and ears open. I can not say enough about lucky I feel to have found Max. As a first time home buyer, the home buying process was confusing and a lot to navigate. Max took the time to guide me through this several-month long process. What meant the most was that I could tell he was not just trying to sell me a house and move on to the next deal. He truly acted as a partner in my process to find me the perfect home that met my specific requirements. My best interests were looked out for. He pointed out red flags on certain properties that I would have ignored. I absolutely would have made a poor investment on other properties if he hadn't pointed certain things out. We went under contract on two different homes. He saved me thousands of dollars by recommending an independent sewer inspection prior to the main inspection. Here we found major issues as early in the inspection process as possible and for as little money down as possible. This would have been a $100k+ issue down the road. The inspector even said how many agents wouldn't have known to do this and we couldn't have caught this at a better time. We looked for a while, but at no point did I feel rushed. He accommodated my schedule and would show me houses on early mornings throughout the week and weekends. When we finally found the right house, Max went above and beyond. He worked through the late hours of Friday and Saturday nights while he was on vacation to make sure my offer was the most competitive. Then he walked me through every step of the inspection process. Tony is a very special 5 star RE agent and goes far beyond any expectations. I bought my house with his invaluable help and when I decided to sell it, he was the only agent I considered. My house didn't sell but that wasn't for trying by Tony. I took it off the market for personal reasons after Tony brought me many offers. Should I ever decided to sell it again, Tony will be my agent.

We bought our house in 2005 with Judy's help. We sold our house in April, 2023 with Judy's help. We would not consider anyone else as our Real Estate agent. Judy is very caring, thorough, and covers all the bases. Not only is she successful- she is also a wonderful person.

Is there a rating higher than 5 stars? If so, we would pick that! Stacy and Lenore were absolutely amazing! We had no experience buying a house in Florida and they expertly guided and advised us through the process. We couldn't happier with the outcome - a beautiful house in Sarasota. Highest recommendation!
